- $200.00 per night for up to 2 adult(s).
- Two night minimum.
- $25.00 per night per adult beyond 2 adult(s).
- Additional Nights: reduction in rate per night after the minimum night stay requirement is met.
- 6 nights / 7 days: $1000.00 for up to 2 adult(s)
- 3 adults $1150.00
- 4 adults $1300.00
- Has access to Picnic shelter with stone fireplace at the 2 acre fishing pond, playground and 2 log swings
Check-In After 3:00 P.M.
Check-Out By 11:00 A.M.
Rates do not include tax, processing fee, any seasonal fee additions/subtractions, or ADP policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prior to 30 days till arrival- refund of deposit less 25% cancellation fee & $25.00 processing fee
After 30 days till arrival refund less processing fee & 25% CANCELLATION FEE of full payment.
IF LESS THAN 14 DAYS TILL ARRIVAL, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
